It does not seem possible it is almost Thanksgiving, and so close to Christmas. The school year is wonderful, therefore I will try share more about the day.
I had Chris Smith, owner of BeanSmith, Artisan Roasted Coffee in Nebraska speak to my entrepreneurship class via the phone. I made a PowerPoint so the students would have a visual of the speaker, Ryan Koetter (IT guy at school) used his Droid to call Mr. Smith and plugged the Droid into my classroom speaker system.
Students learned how he imports coffee beans the process to roast the beans and other aspects of the business. Students asked questions, it was a great day for learning.
